I am the owner of Element Fitness as well as a practicing physical therapist with my doctorate in physical therapy. I graduated college from St. Catherine University in St. Paul Minnesota with my B.S in exercise science with a focus in nutrition. I went to physical therapy school at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. There I met my husband and the love of my life, who also happens to be a physical therapist.
We currently live in Texas and practice physical therapy in orthopedic settings which involved rehabilitation following injury and addressing pain, strengthening, and mobility. Outside of work I love spending time with my family, cooking, running, and working in our garden. We love to travel and hike as well!
At Element Fitness I address fitness, wellness, health, and nutrition in those wanting to improve their overall lifestyle. Goals may include, loose weight, increase energy levels, or learn how to exercise and eat healthier. Whatever your goal may be, my goal is to offer you feasible and flexible health and wellness coaching.
