5 Day Smoothie Challenge

I get a lot of questions about protein shakes, brands, and healthy 
smoothie recipes from friends, family, and clients. So I compiled 
the 5 different smoothies I made before work this week, all with 
natural ingredients, healthy and refreshing, and filled with protein 
to keep me full throughout the work day. 
I use a Ninja blender and at the end of this I'll teach you a super
easy way to clean your blender that I learned at Costco! 

Tip: Freeze fresh fruit that's to mushy to eat but not yet rotten, 
it works AMAZING in smoothies! I also buy fruit/berries/pineapple 
when it's on sale for super cheap, cut it and freeze it into
individual smoothie bags for the week. 

 


Monday

- 1.5 C coconut water
- 1 C spinach
- 1 C frozen fruit (I used a tropical fruit blend with pineapple, 
strawberries, and peached)
- 1 scoop vanilla Natural Whey protein 
(sometimes I add more/less liquid to get the desired consistency)

Tuesday
- 1/2 C Coconut milk
- 1/2 C iced coffee
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 scoop Chocolate Paleo Protein 
- 1/2 C ice 

Wednesday 
- 1 C Coconut milk
- 1/2 avocado 
- 1 C frozen fruit (I used frozen strawberries for this one) 
- 1 scoop vanilla Natural Whey protein 

Thursday
- 1 C coconut water
- Splash of V8 tropical fruit (I ran out of coconut water)
- 1 C spinach
- 1/2 avocado 
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Natural Whey Protein 
- 1/2 C ice 

Friday
- 1 C coconut milk
- 2 TBSP peanut butter PB2 powder
- 1 scoop chocolate paleo protein 
- 1/2 avocado 

Bonus- Dessert Smoothie: Pina Colada 
- 1.5 C coconut water or coconut milk (makes it more creamy)
- 1 C frozen Pineapple 
- 1 TBSP of Goya coconut cream 



Tip: To clean the blender, fill with soap and water. Blend. & Rinse.
